Das erwartet dich

Du unterstützt das Team bei der Umsetzung aller Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Effektivität des Scrum-Teams durch die Optimierung der Praktiken innerhalb des Scrum-Rahmens.
Du sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team und dem Product Owner für die Definition und Einhaltung von Standards und Prozessen im agilen Projektmanagement.
Du förderst die Verbreitung und Integration agiler Prinzipien, Methoden und Techniken im gesamten Unternehmen und moderierst aktiv Scrum-Zeremonien.
Du arbeitest proaktiv mit dem Product Owner zusammen, unterstützt bei der Projektplanung und -umsetzung und hilfst bei der Pflege des Product Backlogs.
Du bist Teil eines cross-funktionalen, selbstorganisierten Team das gemeinsam außergewöhnliche Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickelt.

Das bringst du mit

Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit – idealerweise in Software-Entwicklungsteams.
Du lebst agile und selbstorganisierte Methoden mit Leidenschaft und verfügst über ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Scrum-Theorie und -Praxis.
Du bevorzugst einen direkten und offenen Kommunikationsstil und begegnest deinen Kolleg:innen auf allen Ebenen der Organisation auf Augenhöhe.
Du besitzt ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Moderation und im Coaching und entwickelst Teams kontinuierlich weiter.
Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung, trittst selbstbewusst auf und treibst Themen pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert voran.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Kollektivvertrag

Laut Kollektivvertrag beträgt das Bruttojahresgehalt 53.802,00 EUR. Wir sind natürlich bereit, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation mehr zu zahlen.

What you can expect

You will support the team in the implementation of all requirements in close cooperation with the Product Owner.
You will take responsibility for continuously improving the effectiveness of the Scrum team by optimizing practices within the Scrum framework.
Together with your team and the Product Owner, you will ensure the definition of and compliance with standards and processes in agile project management.
You promote the dissemination and integration of agile principles, methods and techniques throughout the company and actively moderate Scrum ceremonies.
You will work proactively with the Product Owner, support project planning and execution and help maintain the product backlog.
You will be part of a cross-functional, self-organized team that works together to develop exceptional solutions for our customers.

Your profile

You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable role - ideally in software development teams.
You are enthusiastic about agile and self-organized methods and have a deep understanding of Scrum theory and practice.
You prefer a direct and open communication style and treat your colleagues at all levels of the organization as equals.
You have strong facilitation and coaching skills and continuously develop teams.
You enjoy taking on responsibility, are self-confident and drive issues forward in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner.
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.

Collective agreement

According to the collective labour agreement, the gross annual salary is EUR 53,802.00. We are of course prepared to pay more depending on experience and qualifications.
