Das erwartet dich

Gestaltung unserer Backend-Applikationslandschaft und Verbesserung der Gesamtperformance, Qualität und Wartbarkeit von aktuellen und zukünftigen Projekten
Konzeption, Koordination, technisches Design und Umsetzung Backend-Anforderungen
Integration von internen und externen Diensten und APIs
Sicherstellung und Festlegung von Qualitätsstandards (Code-Reviews, Unit-Tests, CI/CD, etc.) und Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen
Zusammenarbeit in einem selbstverwalteten agilen Team mit Mitgliedern unterschiedlicher Erfahrungsstufen, um Wissen zu teilen und sich gemeinsam zu verbessern
Solltest du wo nicht weiterkommen, scheue dich nicht, um Hilfe zu bitten – wir sind ein Team und wollen gemeinsam das Ziel erreichen
Spaß an der Arbeit ist für dich genauso wichtig wie Qualität

Unsere Projekte haben das Ziel, den Kunden mit einem Fahrzeughändler über verschiedene Kanäle in Verbindung zu bringen und arbeiten hauptsächlich mit modernen Technologien im Microsoft-Umfeld. Wir erwarten nicht, dass du jeden Teil unseres Stacks beherrschst – wenn du aber Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Umfeldern hast, ist das ein großer Vorteil.

Das bringst du mit

Mehrere Jahre (6+) Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung
Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Webentwicklung mit C# und .NET 8+
Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure (Erstellung bis Monitoring von Ressourcen, z. B. App Services, Azure SQL Database)
Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung und Nutzung moderner REST APIs
Solide Datenbankkenntnisse (vorzugsweise SQL Server) mit OR-Mappern wie Entity Framework
Verständnis und Anwendung von Architekturprinzipien wie DDD, SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (da du in einem multinationalen Unternehmen arbeiten wirst)
Du hast Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in agilen Teams oder agilen Workflows
Du bist pragmatisch, selbständig, proaktiv und hast eine Hands-on-Arbeitsmentalität
Du möchtest in Kooperation mit anderen die Qualität und Effizienz steigern

Your profile

Several years (6+) of experience in backend development
Relevant experience in web development using C# and .NET 8+
Experience with Microsoft Azure (creation to monitoring of resources, e.g. App Services, Azure SQL Database)
Experience with the development and use of modern REST APIs
Solid database knowledge (preferably SQL Server) with OR-mappers such as Entity Framework
Understanding and application of architecture principles such as DDD, SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture
Great communication skills in English (since you will work in a multi-national company)
You have experience with working in agile teams or agile workflows
You are pragmatic, independent, proactive and have a hands-on work mentality
You have the drive to improve quality and efficiency in coordination with others

as a plus,

you have a completed, sound education in the field of software engineering (HTL, Uni/FH)

Collective agreement
